For teams that know traffic isn't the problem.
I work with mid-size businesses that have real traffic, real ambition, and a conversion rate that should be higher. If you are looking for someone to run your paid channels or redesign your brand, I am not the right fit. If you need to understand why visitors are not converting and build a structured process to fix it, let's talk.

Frequently Asked Questions
What industries do you work with?
I have worked across hotel & travel (citizenM), digital services (Gracious), and e-commerce and B2B services (Relevant Online). I am industry-agnostic — what matters is that you have enough traffic to run experiments and a genuine interest in data-driven decision-making.
What is your typical availability and lead time?
I typically have capacity for 1–2 new engagements at a time. Lead time is usually 2–4 weeks for project-based work. Retainer engagements can often start sooner. Book a call to discuss your timeline.
Do you work with in-house teams or agencies?
Both. For in-house teams, I often work as an embedded specialist or interim lead. For agencies, I can act as a specialist resource on specific client engagements where deep CRO expertise is needed.
What does a client need to provide to get started?
At minimum: access to your analytics platform, your main conversion funnel URLs, and 30 minutes for a discovery call. For A/B testing engagements, access to your testing tool and the ability to deploy code changes are also required.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Audits: 2–4 weeks. Retainers: typically 3–6 months minimum to see compounding results from a structured testing program. Interim engagements: usually 3–12 months depending on the scope.
