This privacy policy explains how Frank Licht, operating under the trade name Delighters ([email protected]), collects and processes personal data on delighters.eu.

Data we collect

We collect data through the following tools and interactions:

• Google Analytics 4— traffic and behaviour analytics. Data is processed in accordance with Google's data processing terms. Consent is required before tracking begins.
• Google Tag Manager — tag and event management container. No independent data collection; manages the GA4 and other tags listed here.
• Google Calendar — appointment scheduling on the Contact page. When you book a call, Google processes your name and email address to confirm the booking.
• Twenty CRM (self-hosted)— contact form submissions and resource download email captures are sent to a self-hosted CRM instance. Data is stored on Frank's private server and is not shared with third parties.
• Silktide Consent Manager— consent management, self-hosted on this site. Records your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. It makes no third-party requests and sets no cookies of its own.

Legal basis

Processing of analytics data is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Processing of contact form and booking data is based on legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Analytics and marketing cookies stay switched off until you allow them. You can change your choice at any time — use the icon in the corner of the page, or manage your cookie preferences.
